A long stablished family business renowned for their superior designs and quality and hand carved craftsmanship. This particular design is known as “Checkendon” and is currently on their web site priced at £1470. We are selling this one reclaimed from a property for £1100. A saving of £370. This one has the benefit of having lost its new fresh feel and begun to develop some feeling of age and has developed some natural blemishes. A delightful Georgian style mantelpiece with finely carved tablets, fluted frieze and jambs. It has black infills which reduce the opening to 895 wide x 895 high.
