THIS INSERT IS NOW SOLD

Stunning Edwardian combination grate circa 1903 with a scene of an elegant lady with a bowl and two peacocks. This scene is believed to be in the grounds of Holland house and influenced by a painting in the Tate gallery by John Young-Hunter tittled My Lady's Garden. Complete with original hood with art nouveau design, original tiles and original fire bars replacement fire back and grate. This is only the second one we have had the privilege to restore over a period of 30 years.
